Dr. Lawrence Teixeira is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Altamonte Springs community.  Dr. Teixeira grew up in Hilmar, California, the oldest of seven children.  Just after graduating from high school, he joined the US Army and was stationed in the 82nd Airborne Division as a scout and paratrooper.  Dr. Teixeira graduated from Logan College of Chiropractc in 2001 and worked in North Carolina before deciding to move to Flordia.

Dr. Lawrence Teixeira has been freeing people from pain since 2004 in Altamonte Springs, FL and the surrounding area. As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Teixeira is committed to promoting optimal health and well being of  patients. Dr. Teixeira is able to do this by obtaining additional training with special focus on sports injuries, soft tissue conditions, and acupuncture.  He is one of three chiropractors in the Orlando, Florida area that is certified in Active Release Technique (ART).  He believes that he can help most musculoskeletal conditions with the use of these techniques.

Dr. Teixeira uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Teixeira is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Teixeira strives to maintain a family orientated practice.  He is married to Kelley Teixeira, who is a Registered Nurse, and has four boys.  Dr. Teixeira stays balanced with a strong faith and enjoys sports.
